and Self-Leadership

I am a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and a Level 2 trained and Certified IFS (Internal Family Systems ) Practitioner.
​
As a Personal Growth and Self Leadership Coach I can either, depending on the client’s preference, work solely using the IFS model or can enhance and deepen this work with Art Therapy techniques, including Soul Collage.
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach but not a licensed Psychotherapist. I am also trained and certified as a TeleHealth Practitioner. This allows me to conduct my work online and across state lines.
I conduct IFS and IFS / Art Therapy sessions online via Zoom. If desired it is also possible to conduct the sessions in my studio as in-person meetings.

The ongoing "Art 4 Growth”groups for women, take place in-person in my home studio in Palo Alto, CA.
I am planning additional in person Art4Growth groups and might offer them online via Zoom in the future.
