      I have facilitated Art 4 Growth Women's Groups for many years. 

       

  Those groups have been powerful and safe spaces for personal growth          and continue to do so.   

      

      The work is based on my education in  IFS,  Art Therapy  and combines

      IFS and Art Therapy.​​

    Details for the Personal and Creative Growth Women'sGroup:​

​

• 8 week long sessions, meeting weekly on Tuesdays mid day

• New Group forming : April 14 to June 2, 2026

• 10.15 am to 1 pm

• Limited to 6 participants

• Fee is $ 260

• The fee includes materials

• No previous art experience is necessary

• Located at my studio in Palo Alto, CA
