      I have facilitated Art 4 Growth Women's Groups for many years. 

       

      Those groups have been powerful and safe spaces for personal growth and continue to do.  

      so.

      The work is based on IFS,  Art Therapy  and combines IFS and Art Therapy.​​

• 8 week long sessions, meeting weekly on Tuesdays mid day

• New Group forming : July 9 - August 27, 10:30 am - 1:15 pm

• Limited to 6 participants

• Fee is $ 260

• The fee includes materials

• No previous art experience is necessary

• Located at my studio in Palo Alto, CA

The group is currently closed. A new session will start in January 2024.
