Below you will find some examples of my own paintings, done in acrylics on canvas. At times I create figurative work and still lives, but mostly I allow compositions and imagery to evolve. I like the term " Gestural Abstraction", which defines my process of painting as embodying feeling, thought or a kind of energy, not preplanned, but allowing the emergence of composition. Often I work bilaterally, using both hands simultaneously, while moving to music.
